New Orleans, which is located in the south part of America and to the Gulf of Mexico, is the biggest city of Louisiana State and the second largest port city behind New York. The area of New Orleans is about 950 sq.km. with the population of more than 500,000 people while the population of big New Orleans is about 1180,000. New Orleans is famous for its Jazzy Music and French Colonial Culture. On the day of 29th of June 2008, the service staffs of 21 Food come to the beautiful and so called Southern Queen City-New Orleans-to attend the American IFT Food Expo 2008 which is hold by Ernest N. Morial Exhibition Center. The expo lasts from June 29th to July 1st.
